☆ § 2 AWARENESS & ATTITUDE
- We are committed to being an LGBTQIA and neurodivergent/neurodiversity-friendly and generally inclusive space. Everyone is welcome here, regardless of gender and/or role identification, sexuality, nationality, skin color, or religious beliefs, etc.
- We place great value on a respectful and inclusive culture. Every person is unique, and our events should be a safe space for everyone.
A friendly and respectful atmosphere is therefore the foundation of our events and courses. Treat each other with respect and consideration. We expect everyone to act carefully, communicate effectively, be consent-oriented, and mindful, and we encourage you to respect your own boundaries as well as those of others and to take responsibility for yourself.
We do not tolerate verbal, physical, or sexual harassment. This includes sexist, racist, ableist, transphobic, or other forms of discrimination. - We reserve the right to ask participants to leave the meeting if their behavior is offensive or too problematic and to exclude them from (subsequent) events.
This also applies to aggressive flirting or intrusive behavior and will lead to exclusion from the event. - Should anyone observe or learn of any violations of decency, please contact an organizer.
- Look out for each other - like thisIf someone is unwell, call for help or help them yourself. If help is refused, respect that decision. Even an offer of help can be intrusive. This responsibility not only concerns safe restraint techniques and the handling of ropes, but also respectful treatment of each individual's personal comfort zones.
- If something makes you uncomfortable, if you feel uneasy, or if you don't like an interaction, please address this clearly and honestly with the person(s) involved. If you find it difficult to tell your partner something, you can always contact me. This applies not only within couples but also if uncomfortable situations arise with other participants. And of course, we are also open to any feedback on our own behavior.
- Avoid involuntary outings - What happens at our events stays at those events, unless there is a consensus to the contrary.
- Likewise, responsible handling of other people's property is essential.in addition to the equipment and furnishingsof the location itself, of course.
We ask that you keep your eyes open when taking your place to avoid blocking any restraint spots or suspension points. This also applies after the restraints have ended and the cool-down has begun – please clear the restraint spots afterwards according to the clean-room principle (6.)!
Please treat the equipment and furnishings of the venue with the same care as you would your own property.t. - The organizers and team members are the contact persons for questions and problems. The organizers may also be doing the bondage themselves, for example during the bondage meet-up, but can be contacted at any time in emergencies, or you can approach a team member.
- Participation and the use of restraints are voluntary and at one's own risk. Restraints are always consensual and consensual.
No one has to tie anyone up or be tied up. Only "yes" means "yes" - respect the boundaries of the other person and make sure you don't cross them.
“No” means “no” and nobody has to explain why he or she doesn’t want to be tied up - maybe “no” is also acceptable. - Dare to say "no" and listen to your own needs.
- Consent can be withdrawn at any time, even if previously given. Every person has the right to change their mind, withdraw their consent, and cancel the action if they feel uncomfortable or no longer agree.
- Consensus must be maintained in all forms of physical contact – even a hug can be intrusive. Therefore, be mindful of your surroundings and respect people's personal space.
- If a participant does not wish to have physical contact (e.g., assistance from trainers or other clients), this should generally be respected. However, in order to accommodate this wish, the client must communicate it clearly.
- To ensure the appropriate atmosphere during the event and to avoid disturbing the active bondage participants (as well as residents), we ask you to pay attention to your conversation volume, both in the bondage room and the lounge area and, if applicable, in the outdoor area.
- Those engaged in the game/playing should not be disturbed – this means refraining from directly addressing or interrupting the participants. Keep your distance and structure your conversations so that the participants are not disturbed by the noise level. Questions can be asked afterward if necessary.
- We also consider it a matter of course to switch your mobile phone to silent mode.
- We consider the "closing noise" of SLR cameras and the use of flash to be disturbances – we see our bondage meet-up as a place for the action and aren't chasing after photographic trophies. No one objects to the occasional cell phone photo – as long as no one is visible in the background.
- Should anyone observe or become aware of any breaches of decency, please contact an organizer. Troublemakers and aggressors will be removed from the event and may be banned from future participation!
- If you want to practice bondage, stay at or below your comfort level and at your own pace. You are responsible for your own safety, even as the model. When tying someone up, also be aware of your surroundings to avoid accidents and not disturb others.
- If you get the impression that someone is not using secure restraints, feel free to speak to the organizers about it.
- Participants and guests are not trainers - if a participant or guest acts as a trainer, i.e., a teaching situation is recognizable, they may have the entire group removed from the event.
- If you are unsure about something and/or would like to try something, ask the organizers for support (so-called spotting/assistance). This is permitted insofar as the organizer provides themselves or a suitable person, e.g., a team member, on a voluntary basis.
- Neck ropes, i.e., restraints around the neck, are prohibited (as closed ropes). Play with open ropes is tolerated.
- Should an injury occur, please contact the organizers.
- The instructions of the organizers must be followed.
- The organizers reserve the right to prohibit restraint/suspension if there is imminent danger, or to intervene or cancel the event if significant gaps in knowledge/safety are apparent and risks are foreseeable.
- If we tell you that you're not yet ready for a certain technique, it's for safety reasons. Don't overestimate your abilities; take our feedback seriously to avoid injuries.
- Universally accepted safeword: MAYDAY - If we hear this word from you, we will intervene immediately to support you!
- The entire stay is at your own risk and responsibility!
- By participating, each participant declares that in the event of damages, they have no claim whatsoever against the organizer, the location or building owner, or other participants, and that they are adequately insured against accidents and liability claims.
- Everyone present is responsible for their actions, themselves, and their bondage partner.
- You are independently responsible for bringing your own equipment that meets the relevant safety standards and that you can use safely.
- For absolute emergencies, rescue scissors and a first aid kit are available.
- Each participant bears full responsibility and liability for any damages resulting from their actions, whether of a health or material nature. Increased risks due to pre-existing conditions or medication use, such as circulatory problems, cardiovascular issues, mental health conditions (e.g., anxiety, panic attacks), bone, joint, or tendon disorders, etc., which may affect safety during bondage, are known and will be communicated to the respective partner beforehand. Or, the OK of a doctor or medical professional was obtained beforehand.
- By entering the building, you agree to waive all liability claims. This also applies to any suspension points, bondage equipment, or any personal belongings or items you bring with you!
- This disclaimer applies to claims arising from any legal basis.
- The organizer, location or building owner, or other participants are not liable for health risks and dangers to the participants.
For us, inclusion is not a passing fad, but a matter of attitude. We assume that our Values These values should be shared or at least respected. Our community is based on these values – if you cannot identify with or support them, then we are probably not the right choice for you.
