The workshops are held in cooperation with the "Haltstelle Fachingen".
Working together for a good cause
The bus stop is a very special place and we are delighted to be able to teach there again.
Back in January and February, we conducted our workshops without fees or travel expenses and donated all the proceeds.
We would like to continue this idea at our October events as well.
Therefore, our workshops can be booked at a special, reduced price. (approximately 15-20% cheaper).
We would like to pass on the difference to our regular workshop price together with you.
This time we are collecting for “Emma helps”, a therapy dog team that accompanies people and their relatives in hospices and palliative care wards.
A donation box will be set up on site.
We would like to ask you to put the difference between our workshop price and the typical price for the scene – or simply the amount you can and want to give – into the donation box.
It doesn't have to be exactly the difference.
Every contribution helps. And together, many small contributions can create something truly beautiful.
We look forward to not only experiencing rope together in October, but also passing some of that knowledge on.
PS: The organizers of the bus stop will be there on Saturday and Sunday.
They are provided with food and drink in the form of their donation, and they also provide their premises free of charge!
More information about catering can be found in the registration form.

Takate Kote Intensiv
-upper beginner and higher-
If you want to learn a robust upper body structure, specifically prepare for the next step towards suspension, or refresh your knowledge of TK (Kannuki Shibari), then this workshop is perfect for you. We will consciously focus on a single structure and take the time to build, review, and refine it together.
The Takate Kote is one of the most important foundations for many advanced areas of Shibari, including suspension. Precisely because it is so well-known, it is worthwhile not simply to collect as many variations as possible, but to truly master one structure cleanly.
Therefore, in this intensive course, we consciously focus on a single Takate-Kote variant based on Kannuki Shibari.
We'll go through each step carefully and take a closer look. Where does the structure fit perfectly on this body? How can the tension be built up smoothly? What makes the restraints stable? And where is it worth making adjustments?
Especially if some time has passed between the basics course and the next workshop, the refresher course offers the opportunity to get back into the swing of things, clear up any uncertainties, and solidify your Takate Kote practice. At the same time, the refresher is also aimed at experienced riggers who have been tying their Takate Kote for years. Sometimes it's simply good to have your skills reviewed after a long time, because a fresh perspective can reveal small inaccuracies that have crept in over time and bring renewed confidence to what is already familiar.
Preparation for suspension
A cleanly controlled and well-fitting Takate Kote forms an important basis for the next step towards suspension.
The intensive course is therefore also interesting for anyone who wants to go into suspension after a basic course and wants to solidify their TK (thermostatic core strength) beforehand.
We don't deal with suspension itself. Instead, we create the practical foundation for it: a structure that you know, can safely assemble, and whose fit and adjustment options you better understand.
Who is the workshop suitable for?
The workshop is aimed at participants who already know a basic Takate Kote and have gained initial practical experience with it.
The refresher course is ideal as a follow-up to our basic workshop. However, it is also suitable for anyone whose telecommunications practice is a bit rusty and who would like to refresh and solidify their fundamentals.
👉 For riggers
The refresher is an opportunity to go through your own Takate Kote from the ground up, taking a look at the small things that are easily overlooked in normal practice.
Among other things, we deal with:
- to build the known structure safely and reproducibly
- Refining rope guidance and friction
- Check the tension and fit of each rope
- to adapt the structure appropriately to the respective body
- to identify typical uncertainties and sources of error
- to better prepare one's own Takate Kote for further applications
The refresher is particularly interesting for anyone who wants to continue practicing their Takate Kote after the basic course, but doesn't yet feel that it's truly safe and effortless.
👉 For models
Even as a model, you can benefit from a refresher course.
You will have the opportunity to consciously experience the familiar structure once again and, together with your rigger, to pay closer attention to how it sits on your body.
This involves, among other things, perceiving differences in pressure, tension and mobility, and better understanding which adjustments may be beneficial for one's own body.
This creates a shared understanding of how a well-fitting Takate Kote can feel and how rigger and model can work together on it.

Intro to Suspension
Der Einstieg in die Welt der Suspension
-upper Beginner and higher-
What we would like to tell you:
Suspension should not become a race to reach the most spectacular positions as quickly as possible.
Likewise, you shouldn't just know three more patterns or positions afterwards, but should feel increasingly more confident as the ground disappears beneath your feet.
We want to give you a solid introduction where you can learn to perceive burdens, communicate effectively with each other in the context of bondage in order to use this as a development opportunity and to develop safety in suspension together step by step.
Who is the workshop suitable for?
👉
For suspension beginners:
You have little or no suspension experience and would like a solid introduction before venturing into full suspension.
👉
For experienced users:
You already have experience with suspension training, would like to refresh your basics, check your technique, or gain new inspiration for your current way of working.
⚡In both cases ist a safely controlled TK / Gote for side hanging VoExpulsion.

Up in the Air
The step into full suspension
-Participants "Intro to Suspension"-
What happens when the ground suddenly no longer matters?
In the In the introduction to Suspension, you experienced how load feels on the rope, how a body changes under stress, and how to safely set up your first (semi-)suspensions. Now we're moving on.r.
In Into the Air Building on the understanding from the intro, we now completely detach ourselves from the ground. As soon as this support disappears, wed Body Movement still This becomes relevant in a completely different way. The body no longer moves only within a predetermined position – it can swing, rotate, shift its center of gravity, and react to the slightest changes. Furthermore, a small change in weight can alter the entire position. We therefore consciously utilize this shift in the center of gravity and explore its expansion. of body movement and center of gravity in suspension and thus how they play together.
The workshop will first introduce you to full suspension. The system is located at the single point. We then extend the system at the bamboo. The additional structure opens up new possibilities for positioning, movement, and design, while simultaneously placing different demands on the planning and handling of the suspension.
What we would like to tell you:
Full suspension means more than just "hanging higher"! Completely lifting the model off the ground also changes the demands placed on both the rigger and the model.
We will look at how you consciously manage the transition from semi to full suspension, how you control the load transfer, and how you maintain an overview of your body, rope, and movement during free suspension.
This also involves constantly questioning your own technique and, instead of simply copying predetermined figures, we want to support you in understanding the principles behind a suspension and gradually applying them to different situations and bodies.
Who is the workshop suitable for?
⚡Into the Air is aimed exclusively at participants of “Intro to Suspension” who want to take the next step in suspension.
This workshop builds directly on the fundamentals taught in the first module. Experience gained in the first module, particularly regarding handling loads, equipment, safety devices, body movement, and center of gravity, is assumed and will not be re-examined.
This way we can move directly to the next step in the second module 😉
👉 If you have no prior experience with suspension training, we recommend starting with Introduction to Suspension to begin on Saturday.
